What’s a good way to lose water weight? I heard drinking cranberry juice helps. Does anyone have any other tips?

Oddly enough, the best way to get rid of water weight is to drink water. Water helps you to flush out excess sodium. Also, sometimes if your body is dehydrated, it holds onto water and excess sodium, so drinking water will keep you hydrated and your body won’t try to store water. Foods like watermelon and other fruits with a high water content are also good for this.

Yeah, usually if you’re bloated or have a lot of excess water weight it’s because you need more water. I would cut back on salt intake and remember that the human body is mostly water, so keep yourself hydrated!

Yeah you’ll need to drink a ton of water (try adding cucumbers, lemons, limes, or basil to make it taste better). Cranberries help, but the sugar won’t do you any favors. Either buy a pure, unsweetened cranberry juice (this will cost you anywhere from $5-$10 a bottle), or take some cranberry pills. Dandelion tea is also good for this!
